Chamberlin Elementary School's mission is for all students to learn and be successful. To achieve this mission,
Chamberlin's faculty and staff encourage all students to use hands-on learning strategies, incorporate literature into learning opportunities, and
create a cooperative learning environment in order to become lifelong learners. Chamberlin uses the
Success For All reading program
as well as DEEP in Math and Calendar Math programs to enhance the curriculum. CES strives to make learning an
enjoyable and beneficial component of each student's lives.
- We believe that all students can attain knowledge at high levels, so we provide challenging learning expereines, teach
to the district standards, benchmarks, and grade level requirements.
- We believe that each school day should focus on teaching and learning, so we make full use of the instructional time alloted to us.
- We believe that reading is fundamental, so we provide a literacy rich environment for all students.
- We believe that as educators, we are life-long learners, so we will continue to research and study current initiatives in education to meet the needs of all students.
