Converting a Promethean FlipChart to Smart... (from Promethean Planet)

Export as as Powerpoint from Promethean and Import that into SMART software will move images and annotation, etc.

There is an Import option from Promethean in the SMART Notebook software - but just testing it with their latest version - all the text and images and jumbled up - it does not work.

NOTE: A lot of information will be lost in the process - since Promethean has features such as Grids and hundreds of Actions and tools such as page notes, stickies, ticker tapes, etc. that do not exist in the SMART software. Assessment data and question info is also lost.


NOTE: Also be aware of the licensing of resources from Promethean: The license that you have agreed to limits the use of the Promethean supplied resources to Promethean software.
