I grew up in Prairieville, LA.  I’m the fifth of seven wonderful children.  I’m a proud 1989 graduate of St. Amant High School.  I have two children, and my pride and joy is my grandbaby, Adore.  In my spare time, I love to cook and enjoy teaching Children’s Ministry at church.  I moved to Port Allen ten years ago and I love being a part of the Port Allen community.  Working here at PAMS has really brought joy to my heart.  I love being able to demonstrate compassion and understanding to the students here.  I am available to listen and try my best to lead them into a positive future.

Hi! I am also known as Mrs. “G”. I am beginning my 12th year as School Counselor but my second year at PAMS. I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Southern University A&M College and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis in Integrating Learning, Psychology and Technology.

I am a wife and mother of two boys ages 11 and 9. Additionally, last year we adopted a rat terrier named Ace Harlo who has been a wonderful addition to our family.

I am super excited to continue on this journey at PAMS as I help empower students academically, socially and emotionally.
