In November & December 2025, on behalf of the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), Matrix New World Engineering, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture (Matrix) has prepared this Final Sampling Report (the Report) for Brusly Elementary School, Brusly Upper Elementary School, Caneview Headstart-8th, Port Allen Elementary School, and Lukeville Elementary School. Matrix developed these Reports following assessments and samplings of water sources used for consumption at the Schools listed to determine the potential presence and concentration of lead in drinking water. The Reports provide a summary of the activities performed by Matrix, the results of the analytical testing, and recommendations to the Schools as a result of the analytical results.
