👩🏾🍳🧑🏼🍳Today our Pro Start I students are making a roux! They began with part fat and part flour and are practicing the different stages from blonde to dark brown, which is the base for all our classical French mother sauces that they will be making over the next couple of weeks! Check them out!🥣⭐
