We are so proud of these Panther Pack leaders, who have officially completed a six week training to be our campus mentors! 👏🎉

Students are having fun learning how to "self-direct" in social skills this month! To demonstrate how confusing life is without a vision and goals, they practiced letting a peer lead them around the room while covering their eyes. 18th Judicial District Court Families in Need of Services (FINS) program is hosting a community workshop for parents focused on Raising Resilient Kids - Emotional Intelligence Tip for Parents on October 21 from 4:30-6pm at the Brusly Library.

Our 4th graders became engineers today! 🌬️⚙️ They designed and built their own wind turbines while exploring how wind energy can be converted into usable energy. Lots of creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on learning in action! 💡🔧

Yearbook picture retakes will take place tomorrow, Thursday, September 17. This session is for students who were absent on the original picture day, are newly enrolled, or wish to retake their photo. If your student is retaking their photo, they must return their original picture proof package. All students must be in school uniform.

The annual Barnyard Dance in Port Allen for individuals and families living with disability is set for October 24th at the Louis Mouche Multipurpose Facility and Arena. It is such a fun night full of family activities, dancing, and amazing food!


The Baton Rouge Chapter of Joni and Friends | Sharing Hope Through Hardship hosts the Barnyard Dance annually. You can find of information on the national ministry, current events and history.
