Our final day of Red Ribbon Week started with a special guest speaker from the LSU Track Team. Then it was off to the STEM competition for grades 3-5! Finally it was a trip by the Trick or Treat Train... all while in costume! We are proud of all of our Blue Jays for pledging to stay DRUG FREE!
There will be no school for students on Monday so that teachers can participate in professional development. Students return on Tuesday.

Our students in Head Start-4th grade thoroughly enjoyed Friday's performance by entertainer and author, Rick Kelley! Many thanks to the State Library of Louisiana and the Louisiana Book Festival for allowing our kids this opportunity. Mr. Kelley will be performing at the Book Festival this weekend in Baton Rouge!
