Our students in Head Start-4th grade thoroughly enjoyed Friday's performance by entertainer and author, Rick Kelley! Many thanks to the State Library of Louisiana and the Louisiana Book Festival for allowing our kids this opportunity. Mr. Kelley will be performing at the Book Festival this weekend in Baton Rouge!

We will host a "Books and Bravery" Literacy Night on Tuesday, November 11th from 5:30-7:00.
Along with evening shopping, we will celebrate Veterans Day and all those who have served our country. If you or a member of your family are a military veteran and would like to be a guest reader for our students at Literacy Night, please email Mrs. Buras at laura.buras@wbrschools.net.
