West Baton Rouge Parish is celebrating an exciting milestone in education as Lukeville Elementary School and Port Allen Elementary School have been honored as 2024–2025 Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase Schools®. This prestigious recognition places both schools among a select group nationwide that have demonstrated a strong commitment to building positive school culture, strengthening student relationships, and fostering academic excellence through the Capturing Kids’ Hearts process. Congratulations to the students, staff, families, and leadership teams at Lukeville and Port Allen Elementary! Your hard work and heart have made this honor possible—and your success will inspire others for years to come.
