🙌✨ Who knew hand motions could make phonemic awareness so much fun? Ms. Rebant’s Kindergartners are all smiles as they practice Heggerty with their hands, hearts, and voices! ♥️🐾🖤

📚✨ Kindergarten readers in Ms. Terry’s class are off to an amazing start! With Geodes in Modules 1–2, our kittens are learning letter names, sounds, and how to read left to right. They especially love tracking each word with their little reading fingers! 🐾♥️🖤

🔠✨ Building sounds, one tile at a time! Our students are practicing their letter sounds in Fundations with their magnet tiles — hands-on learning makes it stick! 🧲💙

Our SRO is never too busy to spend time with our students. He enjoyed lunch with Miss M’s students. ❤️🐾🖤

🌟This month at Brusly Elementary, we are focusing on Empathy—the heart of understanding and caring for others. 👏 Congratulations to our BES Super Kittens for being shining examples of empathy each and every day! 😻 Our students are learning that empathy means noticing how someone else feels, listening with kindness, and offering support. A special story, a gentle kiss, a reminder of our family that we miss. The first week of school they were scared and a little shy but now they are busy bees at work in Ms. Brielle's beehive. 🐝 Don't you worry they are brave and strong each day. Lots of learning and laughing they even get to play. When we are at school and you’re not near, we feel your love — it’s always here! 🤍

Special Needs Parent Support Group: Saturday September 13th at 9:00 at the WBR Library in Port Allen
